BUSINESS APPLICATION

Company / Pty (Ltd) / Trust / Any other legal entity, bank application documents:

  • All the members/partners’ IDs or valid passports (NOT SWA IDs)
  • Non-Namibian citizens should provide us with VISAs and utility bill/rental contract
  • Registration documents of the business
  • Last minutes / Resolution of the business
  • Audited financial statements up to date and/or management accounts
  • Detailed Trial Balance
  • Copy of the VAT and/or Tax certificate
  • 6 month’s bank statements of the business, should application be submitted to an alternative bank
  • 6 month’s bank statements of each member/partner
  • Personal Balance Sheet of each member/partner
  • Detailed Income and Expenditure of each member/partner
  • If member/partner married in community of property, all the spouse’s IDs and bank statements
  • If member/partner married, marriage certificate and contract
  • Lease agreement / utility bill of business premises
  • TRUST: an approval letter from the appointed Executor for the purchasing of new vehicles / assets.
  • Cashflow (for the next 12months)
